 A sum of 20% of the total holiday amount is required to secure a booking
 A security deposit of 200 € is payable, this will be refunded in total if no damage, breakage or spillages occur.

 Cleaning : Please leave the property clean and tidy, and as you found it (with the exception of laundry)
 NB : If the property needs any major cleaning after your vacation, we reserve the right to retain an amount from the security deposit to cover the costs.
